I'm amazed too Connie !~ I'm just 15 mins from downtown and the only one I know of that has power - (hardly any water) but do have power....I feel so bad for everyone. there's still people MIA that I wish I could talk to and make sure they're ok
I tried to get my mom and dad to come sleep in my bed & I'd take the couch - but my dad would rather sweat it out in his OWN bed lol -
ps WE HAVE NO CELL PHONE SERVICE so far in Houston - so for those trying to reach friends that way - keep trying
