I'm dealing with this with my shih poo. I have googled and searched on YT. There is everything from antibiotics, beet root in food, ear infections, vinegar in water, and clogged tear ducts. Lots of possibilities. The majority says to find out why the tears are staining before you can treat! Good Luck!!
