I live in Georgia (but am originally a Yankee) and I hear it pronounced as one word, fast...Cocola...not Coca Cola. When my family first moved down here (in the 70's), my Mom was helping out at a high school football game at the food concession. A kid came up and asked for an 'ernge' cocola. My Mom said, "Excuse me?" He said it about 3 more times. He wanted an 'orange Coca Cola'
