My Shih Tzu is litter box trained. I like the litter box, because it allowed my dog to go potty when I was not home. In addition, the litter box kept the dog's waste inside the box. I hated using the litter box, because my dog tracked the litter all over my room. Buying the litter every two weeks got expensive. The dog litter made by Purina did not soak up the urine well. Now I use washable pads. They save me money and time spent buying the litter from the store. |
