I use a dremel minimite and like it real well. I use the low speed.
I don't have any experience with a pedi paw, but i'm guessing it should be close if it has 2 speeds. Either way, it is so much easier then using clippers, once they get used to you doing it. Just start out slow, taking only a little off each time.
