Just spoke to my mom in Kingwood. They are having high winds and gusts, but no rain yet. From what I tell from the news all the coastal areas (Baytown, Clearlake, Surfside, Galveston Island, Kemah, TX City, League City, etc.) are flooding. They expected the island to completely covered with water with 15 foot waves where the houses are in the City of Galveston (right where the seawall is). Please stay safe everyone.
