yikes... that doens't sound overly healthy.. is it ACTUAL liver or a paste that is flavored? either way.. try cottage cheese or yogurt- both are SUPER healthy and should get her to eat her food... but if this is a habit you don't want to carry on forever... you should just phase it out now.
