Default Training for the ring?

Those of you who show, how do you train your prospects to the ring and the table? I have two pretty nice boys that do great at home with training, absolutely beautiful, tails up, ears up, confident gait and, once on the table, steady as rocks. But I get them to the show, they go scared. Tails and ears down, they don't want the judge to touch them, shy in the ring. I walk them around the show to settle them down beforehand. It happens at every show and I just can't find the key to get them into rhythm. I've tried baiting and their toys to keep their attention. I've tried doing their topknots at home and going directly to the show ring and I've tried getting to the show various amounts of time prior to showing so that they may become accustomed to the sights, sounds, smells. Nothing is working. It's like the song 'Freak Out' starts playing as soon as we enter the ring. Any ideas?
