I agree 100%. I would also like to see some sort of temperment and/or working tests mandated. I watched the clips linked in the 3rd post and it's pretty obvious that those shepherds couldn't herd if their lives depended on it; they can barely walk!

I also agree with the post about public demand. Good one!
