A dog passess your dog and she turned the dog the other directiong and walked away. each time her dog reacted like that, she quickly turned him around and walked him away from the other direction. The reward him/praise him for not going nuts. Distract him with little treats . the dog learns that other dogs mean good, and calms down. You have to do it consistently and patiently every time you see the unwanted behavior. |
I love that show and Victoria! I think she's great! I've wanted to try this but, I don't know anyone with a dog that could do this with me.
