I'd go back and get him. I'm about 50 minutes from you and its crazy hot during the days and for such a little dog!!! That is horrible! I'd go bring him water and the next time you don't see their car, knock on their door, and if they don't answer then take him, like the other posters said, she wouldn't miss him. That's just so sad. You can also call the ASPCA. That baby needs to be rescued soon tho! It's suppose to be 98-105 degrees for the next 5 days!!!
