Thanks so much for the reply. I asked my vet what regular procedures were if I had a planned c-section done, she told me that I would not be able to feed or water her the night before, she would have to be admitted to the vet by 8-9am and would be prepped around 11 and surgery would be around noon. She then would be able to go home with me around 430...and they said i could not be there during the surgery...

Is it normal that they request that a pregnant female go that long without food and water before a c-section? I was thinking a planned c-section would be best to prevent any complications, but now I am starting to rethink it...
