I know the scanner my vet has reads 2 kinds of chips...just not the one Banfield uses. It did say a chip was found but it didn't give any other information.
My girls are already chipped and I have their chip numbers and they are registered to me so that's not the problem. I just want to make sure the scanner can read their chip if something should happen so having them re-chipped with one of the 2 most popular chips would give me a little more security.
