They are all properly chipped and registered with the chip company and my vet including pictures of each of them, I have the extra stickers with their numbers on them in their files and also the little tag you put on their collar. However, mine don't wear collars for safety reasons, they are inside or in our yard unless we go for a walk or a ride in the car so there is no need for a full time collar. I will put their tags on their harnesses just in case and they do wear them when we travel. It's just too bad that there can't be a universal scanner or universal chip so every pet owner can have peace of mind no matter what brand of chip was used.
