At first I took him outside for a little bit with it, hoping to distract him but he pawed the nose piece off. I brought him back inside, fixed it and left it on him. He trashed and jumped and pawed and did everything he could to get it off, but eventually settled down under my feet and pouted. He did good walking... sort of. He would try to run ahead and when the leash would pull him back, he pawed at his nose. Over all though, he did pretty good with it. I think if I take him out little by little he'll get the idea.
