No, I'm sure it isn't something you have done. I think they go through phases were they test their independence. Walker (9 months) sleeps in bed with us but will sometimes start out by sleeping on a big overstuffed chair. Then during the night I guess he feels lonely and climbs in bed with us for the rest of the night. Just give it some time, pay a lot of attention to him before bedtime and wait what happens.
