Sophie has the same problem with the topknots...her hair is thin still and they slide out..
I have the best luck with just a latex band...no bow.. That at least give her the feeling of her hair being up...
I hope later it will thicken and grow more..and things will stay in...
I do the bows for going out..thats about it..
