Thanks guys...I just can't think about anyone tying up pets while sheltering in place.... or leaving them if they evacuate - especially their outside pets.....
This is scary enough for us humans to go thru and our little furry friends are at OUR mercy.
and don't be proud of me - be proud of the news stations that actually READ their emails and put it out there - - they really do care.
