I'm SO PROUD OF OUR LOCAL NBC NEWS STATION !!!
I'm really stressed this morning with this monster hurricane Yikes... and up too early - so I decided to write the local stations about our pets.
I emailed our Local NBC Station with a plea for them to KEEP REMINDING PEOPLE to take their inside AND outside pets with them during Hurricane Yikes - not to leave them in doghouses or tied to trees - and they read my email WORD For WORD on the news just now -
and of course announced my name wrong (last name - the easy one lol)
They did a 2 minute segment about my email !!! I feel so good -
the end of the segment they said ..."She (Villette) wanted us to know she isn't a fanatic - just a pet lover'" LOL !!!!!!!!!!!
Ah - Channel 2 KPRC - I actually AM a fanatic lolol
GOOD FOR CHANNEL 12 KPRC NEWS ~! I think they're going to keep repeating this (I asked them to)
