I own a grooming shop and this is what my customers tell me.... At a large chain store the groomers are getting paid if they do a good job or not, so alot of them just don't care. I own my store, so if I want to keep my good reputation (and my clients), I have to do a good job. Plus I really love my work!
I would recomend trying a small locally owned shop before I gave up on groomers completely!!! I hope your baby's hair grows back quickly!
