I will not take General Lee back to PetSmart either. They want way to much for a lousy job and the groomers were talking bad about some of the dogs and arguing among them selfs. Now, in Los Angeles I had a mixed breed who was very sick and the vet told me to keep her stress level down. The groomer I had been taking her to sometimes took 6 hours! I found a lady at a PetSmart who specialized in older sick dogs and did a wonderful job. She would do the sick dogs early before the store opened and took no more than one and a half hours. When I came it to tell her we had to put Sheila down, she cried. I wish that type of person was at every PetSmart. I now have a private groomer and she lives down the street. General Lee loves her so much he wants to stop at her house whenever we walk by.
