I am sitting at home on pin's & needles because I had to rush my emily to the vet this am. We were going for a walk when I decided to water my flowers. Emily sat down and waited patiently for me to finish. She isn't ever outside, except to walk. and started to dig her nose in the dirt and I scolded her. She stopped. I finally started out on our walk and instead of happily leading the way, I noticed I had to tug a little on her leash. I looked back(she's never behind me) and noticed she was standing there stiffly, eyes glazed over. She didn't respond to anything I said and then I noticed her defecating. I took her inside and noticed she was limp, heart still beating but slow. Took her to the vet and they have ran a couple of tests. Sure hope they can find out what's wrong. I hope it itsn't liver shunt. I just wanted to talk to others who might have had a similar scare. Please pray for my Emily.
