The Petzlife I use is either in a spray or gel form, it's not a toothpaste, but a product that is suppose to soften tartar, and then you brush it away, I think it would be difficult to use this as a toothpaste because most dogs hate the taste and would put up quite a bit of fight. The toothpaste should be pleasant tasting. Here's a link to the manufactures website for details.
