I think it's cruel of people to scoop up a dog and just take it as now their dog. The best case scenario is that whoever took her will be honest and bring her back and I hope this will be the case. I WOULD FLOOD the city with flyers and put the pressure on whoever this was that STOLE your baby. It's awful!
