Cha ching is right. If the parents were concerned about thir hild they would have mde sure it go off the escalator safely. It's definitely the money.

If the kid ran out into the street and tripped and fell and got hit by a car, is it the fault of the shoe manufacturer.

personally I think CROCS should be sued for making UGLY shoes, but not for what happens to people while wearing the shoes.

3 year olds are clumsy, they're going to get hurt no matter what shoes they're wearing.
