She and Shyloh play just like they use to, however Shyloh knows to go for her foot. Bella gets really mad, so do I. My little Shyloh is a mess!

You might want to find out who their homeowners insurance is with. Usually just threatening to contact someone's insurance company is enough for people to pay up. Small claims courts will also handle this. You are only entitled to actual payment of vet bills, not pain and suffering, which would be a bundle in this case. The case is pretty clear-cut, and you would no doubt win. Some people try to get off with half, but if what you say about the fence is true, than it's 100% their fault. I'm so glad your baby survived this, and you were able to get treatment so fast. Tell Bella "WOOF WOOF, ARF AFR" from me.
