I was sitting @ my desk @ work. Not the same spot as now. We have moved the office since. My office manager's mother called and told us. We had no TV to turn on, just the radio. The owner was away on business and the owner's son & DIL were on their honeymoon. The owner's wife who worked here @ the time also, came in and called her husband. He so kindly said we could go home for the day. I went home and watched the TV news coverage the rest of the afternoon and evening.
