I've seen that type of accident happen...the kid had on tennis shoes and stood too close to the edge of the escalator.
Years ago someone sued a cleaning manufacturer for a product their child drank..that was stored in an accessible area. At the time my mother said...in her day...the fault would lie with the parent's who weren't watching thier kid.
I hate these people who immediately think lawsuit...cha ching.
