Oh man. I hope everyone will be ok. Sometimes I wonder if sitting in traffic trying to get out is really better than just staying put... but then again.. it's just all bad.
Thats one thing I don't miss about living near the Gulf Coast. I remember all the preparations when I was a kid. But as a kid I just thought it was fun cuz I could buy snacks like Marshmallows and candy to tide us over if the elect. went out.
When I got older I heard that Masking Tape is the life saver and remember always using a ton of it on glass windows & patio doors in my apartments. I sure do feel for everyone down there and I'll keep you all in my thoughts. Take them backroads & be safe!
