I swear this country needs to do something about personal responsibility and law suits....come on everybody,everything that happens to us isn't a lawsuit.
I remember a while back a woman was jogging and she tripped over her shoe laces and hurt her wrist or hand and she claimed she could not work, so she actually tried to sue the shoe manufacture ( it may have been Nike) for putting too long of laces on the shoes...
