How heart breaking that this child was injured. I agree 100% with Rockster's Mom. I wonder if the parents have included the store and the escalator manufacturer in the lawsuit. I just don't get it - a small child should have been picked up prior to the escalator reaching the top of the stairs to prevent injury.
