[Spammy]

I am flying out to Arizona and I need to take Spammy with me. Does anyone know the best way to do this? He's about 15 pounds but he can still fit in a small carrier and I can put him under the seat in front of me. I can't seem to find a direct flight and I just don't know how to handle the little guy. HELP!
