I noticed she was reluctant to use a rescue. I am hoping to educate her if she plans on keeping him and if she doesn't getting him neutered and vet checked and then interviewing people in person to find the right home. His medical bills will be the cost to have him unless of course it is extremely expensive them a rescue may be the best option.
I'm very very picky about homes for my puppies so I will be the same way about Teenie.
