I'm sure she will come around eventually. How could she not???

You should be upfront with her about the "rules of the house" regarding your furkids. You will have to be firm. And make sure she doesn't "accidentally" let them out. Tell her this would not be considered an accident. It just cannot happen.
Before she even made her plans to visit you, did you have a conversation about the dogs? Do you still have time to do this? Let her know what the conditions are that she must abide by with regard to the Yorkies. Lay it all out for her, then tell her if she will abide by the rules, she is welcome. If she says one thing, but does another when she arrives, she will have to make other arrangements. This is non-negotiable.
