I'm sorry I just couldn't resist to post this. My mom told me this joke the other day and it cracked me up!!! I have to say I'm not trying to start anything, I just wanted to share this joke that I thought was funny with everyone. Also I'm not trying to offend anyone and the events that have happened in NO are tragedic.
