Question Should I Be Worried?

Hi! Little Zoe went to the vet this morning to get her 3rd series of puppy shots. (I made sure they did not add lepto and they don't do corona.) Long story short the vet gave her the shot outside the room I was in (she had to shave her also and did it all at once). According to the vet she handled the shot well, I didn't hear her make a noise when I presume they gave her her shot. They shaved her butt, as she'd been having issues with you know what sticking to it. Ever since that started a few days ago she'll freak out whenever something's stuck on her but. They must have just nicked her when they trimmed her butt and it bled but the vet cleaned it up and made sure she was okay again.

Ever since then she's been sleepy, which I expected and was fine with. But she's quick to sit, almost as if getting off her butt. And she yelps when you touch her butt/back leg area, though I'm not sure if it's her butt or her thigh (maybe where she got her shot) that's causing this. She's had no interest in food (though she's not a big eater normally) and she's drank a tiny bit. But really, since the vet visit at 11am she's drank once or twice and made maybe three times. She won't play with her toys on her own, convincing her takes at least 5-10 minutes and the second either she or I go near her butt/back she shakes and abruptly stops and lays back down. Otherwise she'll just sleep/lay there in your arms.

She's 15 weeks old and only 2.75 pounds. Is this just her having a "bad day" after everything at the vets? Or is this a reaction to the vaccines I should be concerned about? (Regardless, if she's this off tomorrow morning I'm calling the vet ASAP.)
