I would keep Joey in a small crate at night next to my bed, during the night I would place him on a pee pad in the bathroom, at this age you might have to do this 2 or 3 times. As she get older maybe once. If the crate is small enough, she won't go in her bed, but will cry, and wake you up, don't ignore the cries and make her hold it go to the pad. In the morning I would always take him outside first thing, because I wanted to duel train him.
