I'm afraid that just cleaning the ear will not stop the pain. It's evident that she has an ear infection and hopefully it doesn't have to get so bad that her ear is swollen and red before the Vet. gives her some meds. Well, I'm pretty outspoken, and am a real mother lion when it comes to my babies, so if I had a Vet. that didn't do a darn thing to get to the root of the problem after saying how she was in pain, well honey I'd be letting them know how I felt about their uneducated response and would never go back. I'd be getting my baby into a emergency hospital then doing some massive inquiry's on finding a really great Vet. Please take care of that little one of yours. She needs you to go to bat for her.
