Hi Ya'll,
I called the Vet when Lexi was finished & had to run all the way to the next Parish (County).
The electricity is still off at his Houma office & he wanted us to go in to the Raceland office.
He gave Lexi her Oxytocin & Amoxi Injection & she sqiurted out a placenta on his exam table.
Lexi is so tired
She was panting all the way there & back.
She only drank one lil sip of water for me on the ride home.
Pour Baby vomited up twice during whelping (one clear & one placenta)
She was so agressive with her cutting of the cords - she was chewing them off before the placenta was out.
The 1st lil girl was bleeding soooo much - I was worried. But all are fine now.
