Some dogs can go thru their whole lives with a grade 1 or 2 LP but it should be corrected if it reaches grade 3. Vets. can tell what grade by feeling and bending the leg. My Azrael has a grade 2 in both knees and has not gotten worse in three years. My Zada had a grade 3 in both knees which was corrected at the same time. |
