We have found the greatest toy to really get General Lee playing hard, while giving him a great deal of exercise. We use a laser light. We have both a red and green. When he sees us pick up the light he starts to run and his little stub will go crazy
He will run and run chasing the light. We do it up the stairs and down sometimes for 10-15 minutes at a time. When we stop, he keeps looking for the light for another 5 minutes. We found that this is a great way to work off the energy he stores by being home all day alone. A couple of times a night and he will sleep pretty much all night. I hope others have this experience using the laser light.
