If they can't afford the initial payment for just the dog then it's a possibility they wouldn't be able to afford the vet bills especially if something happens. In my opinion, that isn't a really valid excuse as to why you want to breed them. They could simply go to a shelter and adopt one if they're looking for a "cheaper" pet. I think it's sad that you're un-experienced but still wanting to breed them but whatever, people will do what they want to do, that's why there's already such a huge pet population especially of homeless pets.
