I'm really shooting for the outside training, but I can't use the crate this time around as she would have to be locked up in it too many hours.

Thus the pee pad, paper thing. But when I'm home she has outside down pretty well, or rather I do, as I take her out a lot. She has not learned to ask to go out yet. Sometimes she just sits in the kitchen and I figure she is trying to figure out how to get outside.

Well she's only 4 months old, soon I'll be home with her full time and we can really work on it.
