I have a couple of questions to ask....
Those of you who have your baby trained pretty well to go outside....here in Memphis we get the residuals from all of these hurricanes, and we have these downright torrential rains...on days like that, what do you do with your baby who is trained to go outside, and it is almost impossible?

Next question....does anyone have a baby who is trained to use pee pad or whatever when you work long hours, but also is smart enough to go outside when you are around and available to take them out?
