i think thats a great reminder..i think contracts are very good safey nets

i am always improving and updating my contracts and they are viewable for customers

but (jmo) i dont forsee me changing my contracts to fit someone else expectations...sorry...i myself might be taken back by someone bringing me their expectations..but like i said im very upfront with my customers, my contracts are displayed, and most of my customers have been talking to me before puppies were even conceived, so if they have questions or concerned they are always addressed before a deposit is even placed..because my contracts are part of the paper work they get via email/mail when they started inquiring about puppies..so everything is understood before puppies and $$ is involved

but contracts are the best way to go and if the customer is not comfortable with that contract..move on to the next breeder that fits what you are looking for
