Our vet uses a laser to dock tails (I do dew claws as they are being born) The laser produces a beautiful clean cut with no bleeding at all.... I've never had infections, bleeding, stitches being pulled out by mom, or other issues associated with tails.... I am very pleased with this method in that I really think it is easier on the puppies and heals beautifully.... |
