If a dog is barking to go outside in order to relieve himself, you do not have to wait a few minutes for him to stop. I really wish I understood some of Joey's body lauguage better. If you want to understand dog boby language better.
There is a wonderful book called On Talking Terms With Dogs... Now lets se if I can spell her name right It is by... Turid Rugrass.... google the title.

It is a small book but if you want to read dog bodies well and fast it worth it and then some.
