Any kind of organs from any animals.  Beef liver, calves liver, chicken heart, kidney, etc... I'm pretty sure no organ is off limits... someone correct me if I am wrong.
Remember to start with just tiny pieces of organ meat and build up over a longer period of time or you will end up with cannon butt. Not something that is fun to deal with.  |
