What has worked for me with EVERY dog I've owned, and several different breeds (shelties, labs, yorkies)...is never to directly play with them with my hands. I always have a toy in my hands to play with them, and when they get excited and start playing, I would put a toy in their mouth and keep playing with them. If they try to go for my hands, I would say "no bite", and give them a toy....When they are insistent about mouthing my hands, I would turn their lip in to where if they bite down, they bite their lip. With a yorkie, obviously, you have to be gentle about it, since they are tiny. They become very gentle and soft with their mouths if you are consistent. Remember he's still just a little baby. Every time you interact with him, you are teaching him something, even if you don't think you are. Good luck! He sounds like a playful cutie pie!
