I live in Carthage, TX. We usually get alot of wind and rain...but mostly evacuees. The churches and schools always fill up with people. We have relatives that just went home from Gustav last week, and now it looks like they will be back here this week. I feel so sorry for them. At least I have a dog friendly house for folks to stay in!!
